He is survived by: his wife Glenda Hall Hill of Christiana; his children, Ricky Hill (Kim) of High Springs, Fla., Debi Pangle of Tunnel Hill, Loretta Knaus of McAlpin, Fla., Mechelle Latshaw and Jodie Hill Livingston of Scottsboro, Ala.; and his siblings, Teresa Tant (Larry) of Winchester and Kenny Hill of Winchester. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
