He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his daughters, Amanda Andersen (Jim) and Jessica Henry (Rachel); his stepchildren, Bonnie Parrish (Jason), Susan Harris (Aaron) and Stephen Qualls (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Joseph, Katelyn (Pavlos), Claire, Sam, Lauren, Rachel, Josie, Ashlyn, Ellie and Amelia; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Zoey, Paisley and Ryder. He is also survived by cousins, nieces & nephews.
