He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Boone and Mable Lee Teems Perry; and his wife Lois Morton Perry. He is survived by: his children, Denise Sissom (Lamar) of Morrison, Carol Woodruff (Woody) and Brian Perry (Rhonda) of Christiana; his grandchildren, Kelsey Woodruff, Dillon Woodruff (Emily), Trevor Perry (Ally), Skylar Sissom, Madison Barge (Preston), Trent Perry (Chelsea), Brayden Woodruff, Benjamin Woodruff and D'Andrew Donaldson; his great grandchildren, Ally, Tanner, Addy, Annzley, Axell, Lainey, Levvy, Mabel and Trace; and his sister-in-law Junita Perry.
