She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughters, Sherry McKinney (Ron), Karen Hice (Chris Metcalf) and Lakeshia "Nikki" Feezell; her grandchildren, Heather Mitchell (Ted) and Dakota Ricker; her great grandchild Landry Mitchell; her brother Lynn Mabe; her niece Teresa Greene; her husband Lloyd Shelton; her parents, Kyle Mabe and Polly Jane Mabe; and her siblings, Frank Mabe, Tommy Mabe, Will Mabe, Maggie Cook and Elmer Mabe.
