He is survived by: his wife Sheila Penley; his daughter Sheena Penley (Aaron Grindstaff); his grandson Gunner Archer (Riley McCurry); his brother Jeater Penley (Doris); his sister-in-law Brenda Mathes; his nephew Brandon Mathes; and his niece Brianna Mathes (Frankie). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
