He is survived by: his wife Debbie Shipley; his children, Markus Shipley of Atlanta, GA, Dennis Shipley of Greeneville, David Shipley of Greeneville, Jason Dulworth of Chuckey and Kerri Harrison of Gray, TN; his close friend Roger Smith; his grandson Kyle Johnson; his siblings, Patsy Foshie, Merle Rice, Jan Cantrell, Brenda (Rowdy Cutshaw), Ronnie (Brenda Foulks) and Donnie Foulks; his mother-in-law Zola Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Pat and Wayne Dulworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
