With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cecil Ray Seaton of Chuckey, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2025 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Seaton and Luster Wyatt Seaton; his wife Hazel Thompson Seaton; his sisters, Mary Lillian Seaton, Lula Belle Callahan and Betty Brown; and his granddaughter Serena Stanton.
He is survived by: his son Tilman; his daughter-in-law Debbie Seaton of Gray, TN; his daughters, Linda, Charlene (Doug Babb) and Tina (Mike Strong); his grandchildren, Ivan Ray Seaton, Christy Seaton of South Central, Tiffany Stanton of Greeneville and Leah Merkle of Knoxville; his great grandchildren, Tyler Brewer and Ivan Cecil Seaton; his nephew Bobby Seaton of South Central; and his great-niece Brenda Seaton Bowers of South Central.
