He is survived by: his children, Karen McNabb Cutshall (Wes), Angel Shelton (Kenny) and Johnny Ray McNabb; his grandchildren, Brittany McNabb, Jasmine Peterson, Jessup Peterson, Jonathan Peterson (Amanda), Caelyn Maden, Allason Maden, Johnny Ray McNabb, Jr., Devan McNabb, Brooke Shelton, Gracie Shelton and Justin Shelton; his great grandchildren, Peyton and Emily Grace; his siblings, Bobby McNabb (Sue), Patty Bailey (Jimmy), Cora Randolph and Lura Wilson; his sister-in-law Wanda McNabb; his mother-in-law Mary Smith; and his nephews, Phillip Ray Shell and Josh Bailey. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in law, nieces and nephews.
