He is survived by: his wife Josie; his granddaughters, Caroline and Logan King; his stepdaughters, Vicki Williams, Mitzi White and Patti Wines; his stepgrandchildren, Derek Fox, Amber, Andrew Miller, Jessica Webb and Paul Holbrook; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Riley Brooke Miller, Victoria Fox, Brayden Fox Tipton, Ella Rose Fox and Hayden Fox; his sister Mary McCamey; his uncle Jim Sauceman; his close friends, Steve Gentry, Mark Webb, Ralph Jones and Don Clouiter; his siblings, Jim, Henry, Howard, Ebert, Robert, Johnnie, Billy, Hubert Gray, Katherine Hutton and Anna Harriett Hutton; and his stepdaughter Pam Webb.
