He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Mathes and Lavana Mathes. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Joann Mathes; his children, Brandon Thomas Mathes of South Central and Breanna Nichole Mathes of South Central; his sister Sheila Penley; his brother-in-law Benny of South Central; his niece Sheena Archer of South Central; and his great-nephew Gunner Archer. He is also survived by several other special friends and family members.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home (125 Idletime Dr, Greeneville, TN 37743). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
