He is survived by: his wife Belinda Tolliver Fortner; his son Jeremy Fortner; his stepchildren, Brandy Hensley, Amanda Hensley, Chase and Cody Melton; his granddaughter Jada Fortner; his sister Shirley Wilcox; his mother-in-law Darnell Tolliver; and his sister-in-law Brenda Fortner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his best friend and sidekick dog.
