She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Eugene Chapman; her parents, Margie Hicks and Dewey Hicks of Boone, NC; her brother Ronnie Hicks; and her grandsons, Dylan and Hunter Price.
She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Prince Ayers of Vonore, TN and Steven Pennell of Sugar Grove, NC; her siblings, Jerry Hicks, Dewey Hicks, Nancy Hicks and Linda Mosley (David); and her niece Nicole Cofer. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
