He is survived by: his wife Heather Hale; his children, Dominick Hale, Jacob Hale, Anthony Delph and Destiny Delph; his grandsons, Brody Delph, Willard Winstead, Dawson Winstead and Jasper Miller; and his mother Carolyn Boyd.
