He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Tarlton and Mary Tarlton. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Tarlton; his daughter Christina; his son-in-law Nathaniel Fullen; his granddaughter Bella Fullen; his siblings, Cleo Boyd, Nancy Wilson, Cecil Tarlton, Hubert Tarlton and Lilly Boyd; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Arrowood and Tammy Hicks; his close friends, Bobby, April, Cheyanne Owens, Darrell Wedding and Terry Kesterson; and his siblings, Janie Walker, J. E. Tarlton, Edd Tarlton, George Tarlton, Dub Tarlton and Estal Tarlton. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
