He is survived by: his wife Lisa Broyles; his stepsons, Seth Lady of Johnson City and Drew Lady of Chuckey; his parents, Bobby Broyles and Mariedith Broyles of Chuckey; his brothers, Sam Broyles (Autumn) of Chuckey and Steve Broyles (Carrie) of Chuckey; and his mother-in-law JoAnn Painter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
