He is survived by: his wife Janet; his son John Haselroth of Cortez, CO; his grandchildren, JJ and Savannah; his sons, David Haselroth (Bethanie Jo) of Gray, TN and Joseph Haselroth of Johnson City, TN.; his sister Lynn Walker of Louisville, KY; and his half-brother Colin Sprick of Columbia, MO..
