He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lowe (Buddy) and Margaret Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Tony Lowe (Joy) and Stacey Lowe Moon (Adam); his sister Regina; and his brothers-in-law, Junior Ricker and Paul Morgan.
