He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Dishner and Claude Dishner; and his brothers, Dave and Frank Dishner. He is survived by: his grandchild Rooster; his wife Dorothy "Dot" Dishner; his children, Danny "Tiny" Dishner, Melissa Dishner (Dale Thacker) and Michael Dishner (Nancy); his grandchildren, Brandon Dishner, Jamin Dishner and Kaine Dishner; and his siblings, Linda Doughat (Jeff), Sue Dishner (Tommie Laroy), Jerry Dishner (Amy), Tim Dishner (Lisa), Lois Martin, Carolyn Bennett (James "Duck"), James "Eck" Dishner (Kathy), Tony Dishner (Stephanie) and Bob Dishner (Wanda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home to help the family with expenses.
