She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Tate; her parents, Minerva Helton and Mack Helton; her siblings, Connie Davis, Wayne and Marshall Helton; and her nephew Brad Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby (Tracy), Rodney (Angela) and Regina; her son-in-law Carl; her daughter Summer (Chris); her great grandchildren, Emiley (Aaron), Tanner, Ashlea (Josh), Presley, Amber, Keagan, Deegan, Lily, Paxton, Iver, Abby, Adarius, Allie, Braylen and Zander; and her siblings, Teddy Jo Helton, Billy Gene Helton and Irene Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to instead make a donation in her honor to the Hawkins County Humane Society at 5180 US-11W, Rogersville, TN 37857.
