We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2023, at the age of 91, Hanes Cooper (Church Hill, Tennessee) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hanes Cooper to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Dee Cooper and Molly Cooper; his wife Juanita Barton Cooper; and his siblings, Imogene Ratledge (Hugh), Mary Lena Altom (Jack), Cecil Cooper, J. D. Cooper and Doug Cooper.

He is survived by : his daughter Robin Ford (Jeff); his granddaughter Taylor Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Mya and Zaiden Bellamy; his girlfriend Linda Wilmoth; his partner's child Glenn Hall; his brothers, Roy Cooper (Kay) and Robert Cooper (Betty); and his sister-in-law Betty Cooper (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Bethel Cemetery Fund; c/o Tony Matlock 3529 Stanley Valley Road Surgoinsville, TN 37873.
