He is survived by: his children, Lisa Mullins, Kim Yates, Dana Smith and William Mullins (Audrey); his grandchildren, Tabitha, Sarah, Megan, Dylan, Austin and Emily; and his siblings, Charlene Stacy and Junior Mullins.
A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Church Hill Memorial Gardens Those Wishing (208 Lane St, Church Hill, TN 37642). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church Hill Memory Gardens (208 Lane St, Church Hill, TN 37642).
