Helen M. Cochran Obituary

Helen M. Cochran, age 85, of Church Hill, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport. She enjoyed crafts and making things with her hands. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlton and Elizabeth Clair; twin sister, Hilda Williams; sister, Ida Suey; brother, Chuck Clair.

She is survived by her loving husband, Arie M. Cochran; 2 sons, Merle R. Cochran (Linda) and Arie M. Cochran, Jr. (Maria); 3 daughters, Charlotte M. Carr (Bill), Deborah Matz (Jim) and Donna Tate (Gene); several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill with Pastor Layton Bentley officiating.
