She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie Ray and Viola Ray; her husband Ronald Smith; her siblings, Junior Rhea and Barbara Rhea; and her grandson Connor Johnson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Peggy Templeton, Hazel Price and Mac Rhea; her daughter Annette Smith Johnson; her grandson Jeremy Johnson (Tiffany); and her great grandchildren, Chelsea, Gavin, Lily and Jaxson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
