He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy McCracken and Delphie McCracken; his wife Nell V. McCracken; and his siblings, Pauline Fugate, Mildred Dye and Connor McCracken.
He is survived by: his children, Keith McCracken (Susan), Sonya Blalock (David) and Amy Hunley (Terry); his grandchildren, Jason McCracken (Alex), Joshua McCracken (Gabby), Danielle Houser (Bobby), Shondell Nash (Andrew), Devony Lindholm (Chris), Lil David Blalock (Maria), Tyler Hunley and Todd Hunley; and his siblings, Kermit McCracken and Georgia Dye. He is also survived by 13 great- grandchildren.
