Sharon Ruth Davis Obituary

She was born in Kingsport and was of the Baptist faith. Sharon was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Brack Ball and Betty Bishop Ball and her 2 sons. Sharon is survived by her husband, Brian Davis; sons, Robert Hart, Anthony Hart and wife Amanda Jason Hart and wife Tasha; daughter, Regina Goad and husband Charles "Chucky"; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis Williams and husband Charles and Teresa Crawford; brother, William Ball and wife Judy; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill. A funeral service will follow at 7 pm in the funeral home chapel with Melvin Welch officiating. Music will be provided by the Quillen Family. A graveside service will be at 1 pm Thursday at Lone Star Cemetery 5383 Lone Star Road, Kingsport.

Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:55 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Lone Star Cemetery, O/C Kathy S. Charlton, PO Box 3444, Kingsport, TN 37664. .
