He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Amis and Willie Amis; and his siblings, Kenneth Amis, Bobbie Jean Gardner and Nancy Ramey.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Amis; his son Todd Amis; his stepsons, Todd and Michael Davis; his daughter Rebecca Smith; his grandchildren, Jacob Amis, Megan "May" Amis, Noah, Jonah Smith, Jett and Gracie Davis; and his great grandchild Israel Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Johnson-Arrowood Funeral Home (320 Grandview St, Church Hill, TN 37642). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
