He is survived by: his parents, Keith Smith and Tina Smith (Turner); his wife Kayla Smith; his children, Alexus Smith and Kyle Matthew Smith; his siblings, Angela Smith (Kevin), Keith Allen Smith (Jessica) and Amber Smith; his siblings' children, Abigail Honey (Nick), Olivia Smith, Jessica, Shaley, Sylvia and Jaxson; and his uncles, Kenny Smith, Ron Smith, Michael Turner and Tony Turner.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bilbrey Funeral Home & Cremation Service (76 E Adams St, Crossville, TN 38555).
