It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Reese Fowler (Clarkrange, Tennessee), who passed away on April 24, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Lucille Cooper; his sibling's children, Samantha Cooper and Dewayne Fitzgerald; his parents, Seril "Bud" Churchfield Fowler and Leona Orlene Norris (Hilliard); and his grandparents, McKinnley, Vadna Hilliard (Dollar) and Charlie Fowler.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Fowler (Linda) and Joyce Young; and his siblings' children, Dwight Fitzgerald, Jeremy Fowler, Tiffany Fowler and Morgan Burgess (Keith).
