He is survived by: his children, Michele Zinkel of Clarksburg, Stacy Hyatt (Jeff) of Clarksburg, Tracy Benefield (Mike) of Bruceton and Jimmy Maxwell Jr. (Penny) of Clarksburg; his siblings, Sue Chapin of Columbia, Virginia Cole of Senath, Sheila Mitchell of Paragould, Rita Tune of Poplar Bluff, Bessie Carson of Blytheville, Carla Finley of Paragould, Penny Slochowsky of Murfreesboro, Ronnie Maxwell of Cedar Grove, Jackie Maxwell of Cedar Grove and Chuck Wimberly of Ft. Myers; his grandchildren, Jamie, Stephanie, Roy, Jimmy III, Amber, Tiffany, Taylor, Tara, Kayla and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Erin, Kaliah, Tyson, Olivia, Khloe, Zier, Gabby, Ava, Knox, Annaliese, Greyson and Emerson. He is also survived by three step-sisters.
