He was predeceased by: his wife Maude "Betty" Clark; and his son Robert Clark. He is survived by: his daughter Debra Lee Blankenship (Gary); and his grandchildren, Jon Holden (Amanda), Stephanie Dean (Jeremy) and Krystle Holden. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
