He was predeceased by: his former wife Dene Hall. He is survived by: his wife Frances Hall; his daughters, Theresa Avera and Diane Miner (Steve); his stepdaughters, Beverly Taylor (Kenny), Beth Estes (Lewis) and Suzanne Wyatt (Ashley); and his grandchildren, Jereme Miner (Cathy) and Melanie Cobb (Sharrock). He is also survived by 8 step-grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
