He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Winningham and Hiram Scarborough Winningham; his son Rob Winningham; his brother Pat Winningham; and his siblings-in-law, JoAnn Butler and Dale Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Smith Winningham; his daughter Diane Davis (Joel); and his grandson Kade Winningham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
