He is survived by: his wife Annie Maude Bishop; his daughter Elizabeth Weier; his son-in-law Josh Weier; his grandchildren, Daniel Beard and Izzy Weier; and his siblings, Sara Pierce, Travis Eugene Bishop, Delise Williams, Ervin Leon Bishop, Juanita Hamilton, Walter Bishop, Lucinda Hefner, Kenneth Wayne Bishop, Cathy Mae Messer and Maryann Sanderson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Sykes Funeral Home (424 Franklin St, Clarksville, TN 37040). A masonic service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
He valued the principles of brotherhood, charity, and service, and he lived those values every day.
