He is survived by: his wife Dawn Hall Milam; his children, Brittnye Milam, Cody Milam (Treesa), Rhett Milam, Bonnie Seay (Derrick), Beau Milam, Savanna Pitchford and Cecilia Pitchford; his grandchildren, Madisyn, Logan, Averye and Rylee Milam; and his family, Terry of Tom, TJ, Francis and Bryan.
