He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Edward Bledsoe and Ruth Wallace Bledsoe; his wife Dimity Ruth Windsor; and his siblings-in-law, Marion White Windsor, Virginious Milton "Jinks" Windsor and Winter C. Cullen III.
He is survived by: his daughter Sheila Bledsoe England (Jeffrey) of Clarksville; his sister-in-law Mary Thom Windsor Cullen of Painter, VA; his grandsons, Tyler Matthew England (Miranda) and Corey Scott England; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Nichole England and Addilyn Grace England. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
