He was predeceased by: his wife Rosa B. Maggard; and his great grandchild Kimberly Little. He is survived by: his son Horst Maggard (Peggy); his siblings, Samuel Maggard, Margaret Cooper, Peggy Payne and Frank Maggard; his grandchildren, Regina (Glenn), Tony (Dawn) and Bobby Wayne (Katie); his great grandchildren, Chris, Steve, Nick and Michael; and his great great grandchildren, Lexi, Lana and Shelby.
