He is survived by: his mother Faye Strickland Lowery; his wife Lisa Smalley Osborne; his children, Christoffer Armour, Joshua Osborne, Justin Osborne (Seth Hotchkins) and Rachel Neal (Kyle); his siblings, Barry Osborne and Marcia Osborne; and his grandchildren, Felix Armour (Kaiser Armour) and Shawnee Waters.
