As Charles departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Charles may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Charles leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Schwartz and Sarah Watkins Schwartz; his brother Irwin Ronald Schwartz (Frances Boring Schwartz); and his daughter Kimberly C. Erickson. He is survived by: his children, Marcy A. Schwartz, Carl G. Schwartz (Robin) and Eric M. Schwartz (Alana); and his stepsons, John R. Abraham and Michael P. Abraham. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
