He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Allan, Brenda Warfel (Ronald) and Bobby Lowe (Mary Lou); his grandchildren, Bob Beckwith, Lawrence Webb, Lea Castaneda, Brian Lowe, Tiffany Lowe and Kevin Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Nathan Beckwith, Alyssa Beckwith, Graham Fitzpatrick, Alyanah Dewitt, Adela Castaneda, Jonah Castaneda and Owen Castaneda.
A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
