Smith (Teresa); his stepdaughters, Cathy Hartmann (Wayne), Jan Cothron (Jim), Angie Holmes and Jody Elovitz (Susan); his sisters, Nancy Smith Hurst and Alma Smith Vaughn; his sister-in-law Olean Peacher Smith; his grandchildren, Houston Smith (Jac), Grayson Smith (Katlyn) and Catherine Smith; his stepgrandsons, Derek Hartmann, Tony Elovitz, Nick Elovitz and Clayton Holmes; his great grandchildren, Hazel Smith, Joey Smith and Dawson Smith; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Sophia Hansen Elovitz.
