He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Peggy Fly and Betty Biggs; and his uncle John Baker Fly. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Biggs and Melinda Fly Biggs; his wife Brittany LaFountaine Biggs; his grandfather Vernon Biggs; his daughters, Aubree and Emma; his brothers, John Biggs (Ariel) and Chris Biggs; his aunt Elizabeth Gross; and his cousins, John Fly (Kaitlyn), Sarah Beth Harris (J. C.) and Ryan Gross.

David was always a very kind-hearted, giving person, and he continues to do so through his gift of organ donation.
