He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith; his children, Brian Jason Brantzeg (Pam), Todd Smith and Melissa Smith; his grandchildren, Brianna, Lisa, Carter, Aaron and Nathan; and his siblings, Howard, Sherry and Vicky.
