He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Phillips and Harriet Marie Morgan Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Louise Hagewood Phillips; his sons, Chad Phillips (Tonia) and Jason Phillips (Heather); his grandchildren, Austin, Alyssa Phillips, Caitlin Daffron-Benzing, Rachel and Ryan Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Arya and Mason Taylor.

Memorial contributions are preferred to Michael J. Fox Parkinson Foundation or to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
