She is survived by: her husband Van Proctor; her children, Chris Proctor (September) and Stephanie Phillips (Brad); her sister Jeannine Angers (Francois); her niece Michele Angers; her nephew Marc Angers; and her grandchildren, Seth Wilson Proctor, Ella Claire Proctor and Gage Halliburton.
