He was predeceased by: his daughter Lynn Seay Buthje; and his grandson Jacob Seay. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Fields Seay; his children, Meghan Cao (Tom) and Chuck Seay; his grandchildren, Levi Seay, Caleb Seay, Adam Seay, Brent Buthje, Lillie Hunter and Porter Cao; and his sister Janet Mosley. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
