She was predeceased by: her mother Birtie Proctor; her children, Danny, Dale Farmer and Donna Wynne; and her brothers, Clayton, Bobby, Billy Joe Mayfield, Jesse and JC Britt.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Underwood and Ricky Farmer; her sister Peggy Hodges (Donald); and her grandchildren, Jeff Underwood, Preston Farmer, Derick Farmer, Morgan Proctor and Justin Farmer.
