We are sad to announce that, on April 10, 2022, at the age of 88, Elizabeth Jane Elder of Clarksville, Tennessee, born in Monroe, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Felix Bertram Shipp; her husband Col. Perry Elder, Jr.; and her son Joseph Elder. She is survived by: her children, Perry Elder (Susan), Kevin Elder (Jamie), Kathy Foster (Eric) and Leslie Cook. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 448 State Line Road, Oak Grove, KY 42262.
