She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Ellen Medlin (Kearns); her husband Olin Padgett Jr.; her parent H. O. Medlin; and her sister Kay Radford. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Hays (Bond) of Chattanooga, Olin Padgett III (Katie) of Clarksville and Monica Barbosa (Ron) of Dallas, TX; and her sister Lillian Brown of Atlanta, GA. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
