She was predeceased by: her parents, William Brawley and Katie Anderton Brawley; her husband Leonard Allan Thomas; and her sister Elizabeth Davis. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Simpson (Loren), Beverly Keay (Jo Davis), Jeff Thomas, Teri Mutters (Kenny) and Mickial Thomas; and her siblings, Josephine McElfresh and Barry Brawley. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
