He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Greenwell and Annie Greenwell; and his wife Patricia Johnson Greenwell. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacie Lynn Vazquez and Christie Shannon Greenwell; his brothers, Jerald Wayne Greenwell, Warren Eugene Greenwell, David Lynn Greenwell and Melvin Leon Greenwell; his grandchildren, Thomas Blackburn Jr. (Abagail), Zachariah Vazquez and Sophia Vazquez; his great grandchild Braxton Blackburn; and his pets, Lucy Lou and TinTin.
